Position: RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - Immediate Start

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Approach customers with professionalism and a warm demeanor, cultivating a positive in-store atmosphere through personalized interactions.
• Product Sales and Marketing: Provide comprehensive product information, address customer inquiries, and expertly guide them in making well-informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaboration with Retail Partners: Work closely with our esteemed retail partner to effectively showcase and promote products during in-store interactions.
• Sales Excellence: Utilize dynamic sales skills to meet or exceed objectives while upholding the highest standards of customer service in face-to-face interactions.
• Customer Query Resolution: Effectively handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve any concerns on the spot.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an organized and visually appealing in-store space, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights during customer interactions.

Experience:

• Passionate about retail sales, a positive attitude, and a determination to succeed.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Canadian Driving License and/or Car: Possession of a Canadian driving license and/or a car is considered a significant advantage for this role, but not necessary.
• Availability: At least 5 days of full working hours are required. Full-time employees can also work 6 days and after hours.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
